- Adults will list any county teams in adult registration. Youth will still need to register their personal information separately.T-shirts can be purchased through the youth or adult registration. Youth should communicate with their Agents and/or chaperones to avoid duplicate t-shirt orders.

- Rock Springs Ranch Site Participation Agreement
- Beginning in fall 2021, as a private entity, Rock Springs Ranch requires a site participant agreement for all individuals present during the event. This agreement will be completed via Qualtrics.

Where: Rock Springs Ranch
Who: 4-H Members ages 9-18 and adult volunteers. Horse Panorama is a compilation of various contests related to the Horse Project. Contests include: quiz bowl, hippology, public speaking presentations, photography and educational posters.
