2021 Project Record Sheets

The following is a copy of the email sent to all 4-H Families and leaders on October 19th.  7 people took the survey.  Before any decisions are made, we would really like opinions from more people.  Records keeping is always highlighted as one of the skills learned in 4-H.  However, we would like to keep the system as user friendly as possible.  Please complete this survey by November 20th.  The results will still be shared at 4-H Council's next meeting.  

State Replaces KAP forms with Project Record Form

For 2020-2021, Kansas 4-H will be using Project Record Forms for the Seniors that win County Champion and move on to Regional Record Judging.  Locally, we have several options.

1. Stay the same since the 4-H year has started.
2. Switch the Seniors to the new Project Record Form.
3. Switch Juniors and Seniors to the new Project Record Form.
4. Add an Intermediate Level to awards since there is an Intermediate Project Record Form.

The forms come in 2 options only: General Record Form and Animal Record Form.  This would mean that Breeding and Market Projects would use the same form.  

The forms used in 2019-2020 are available on the Barber County Website

We would like to gather all 4-H families (members, parents, and leaders) input through a survey.  Results will be shared at 4-H Council.  Please complete this survey by November 5, 2020.  (Extended to November 20th.)
